Article 1: Warranty Period and Phase‑Out

Mavlli SRL grants the buyer a fifteen (15) year manufacturer's warranty on the supplied steel fence panels, commencing on the date of purchase as stated on the order confirmation. After the first five (5) years, the warranty coverage will decrease annually by ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price, resulting in a remaining warranty value of zero percent (0%) at the end of the fifteenth (15th) year.

Article 2: Scope of Warranty

Mavlli SRL guarantees that the steel fence panels are free from construction defects for the entire warranty period. This warranty covers only defects that arise during normal and correct use and excludes defects or damage caused by external factors or user negligence.

Article 3: Conditions for Correct Installation

3.1 This warranty is only valid if the steel fence panels have been installed correctly in accordance with the installation instructions of Mavlli SRL. It is crucial that the fence panels have sufficient room to move on the sides and top to allow for the natural movement of the steel material.

3.2 Incorrect installation that results in insufficient room for the material to move, and therefore causes damage, is not covered by the warranty.

Article 4: Warranty Limitations

4.1 The warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper maintenance, or installation contrary to the instructions provided by Mavlli SRL.

4.2 The warranty is void if the steel fence panels are installed within a twenty (20) kilometer radius from the shoreline, due to the increased risk of corrosion from salty air.

4.3 Claims regarding weathering/discoloration or construction defects will only be accepted if it can be demonstrated that the damage affects more than five percent (5%) of the total fence surface.

Article 5: Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must contact Mavlli SRL in writing by email. The claim must include a detailed description of the defect, accompanied by photographic evidence and the original invoice number. Mavlli SRL reserves the right to assess the claim and decide on its validity.

Article 6: Warranty Compensation

After confirmation that the defect or damage falls under the warranty, Mavlli SRL has the option to either provide a replacement product or pay compensation based on the purchase price of the material, taking into account annual depreciation. The choice between replacement and compensation lies with Mavlli SRL.

Important Note Regarding Reimbursement:

Mavlli SRL is not responsible for installation and delivery costs in the event of product replacement or compensation payments. The warranty covers only the value of the product itself.

Article 7: Final Provisions

These warranty terms are exclusive and supersede all previous oral or written agreements. Mavlli SRL reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments are effective from the moment of publication and do not apply retroactively to claims already settled.
