Click Cladding Components

Cladding Panels
Cladding Panel - functions as the primary element, providing the desired appearance for the structure

Starter Profile
Starter Profile - is a base trim that is positioned at the foundation of the framework and redirects the water away from the wall

End Profile
End Profile - acts as a finishing element to conceal the fixings and ends of the cladding panels

Closed Corner Profile
The Closed Corner Profile is designed to deliver a clean, seamless finish on external corners of your façade. It fully conceals panel edges, creating a sharp, continuous line that enhances the architectural look while protecting the structure beneath.
Manufactured from the same pre-painted, galvanised steel as the cladding panels, it ensures full system consistency in durability, colour, and finish. The profile integrates precisely with the click system, allowing for fast installation without visible fixings.
Key benefits:
- Seamless appearance: Covers exposed panel edges for a refined, monolithic look
- Enhanced protection: Prevents water ingress and shields vulnerable corner joints
- Perfect alignment: Engineered to match panel geometry for accurate fitting
- Low maintenance: Same polymer-coated finish as panels, resistant to corrosion and UV
- System integration: Designed specifically for the Click Cladding range
Ideal for projects where visual continuity and long-term performance are critical.

Open Corner Profile
The Open Corner Profile is designed to create a defined, architectural edge on external corners while leaving a subtle shadow gap between adjoining cladding panels. This detail adds depth and contrast to the façade, giving a more contemporary, articulated finish.
Unlike closed profiles, it intentionally exposes the panel terminations in a controlled way, maintaining clean lines while allowing for natural material movement and ventilation at the corner.
Key benefits:
- Architectural shadow gap: Creates a modern, high-end façade detail
- Controlled exposure: Neatly finishes panel edges without fully enclosing them
- Ventilation support: Allows airflow at corner junctions within ventilated façade systems
- Precision fit: Engineered to align with the click system for consistent spacing
- Durable finish: Same galvanised steel with polymer coating for long-term resistance
Ideal for designs where the corner detail is part of the visual identity rather than hidden.

Window Sill Profile
The Window Sill Profile is designed to provide a clean, protective transition at the base of windows within the cladding system. It directs water away from the façade while delivering a sharp, finished edge that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding panels.
Formed from the same pre-painted, galvanised steel, it ensures full compatibility in colour, durability, and performance across the entire system. The profile is shaped to create a slight fall, allowing efficient drainage and preventing water accumulation around window openings.
Key benefits:
- Water management: Guides rainwater away from the façade and window frame
- Clean finish: Creates a precise, professional edge beneath windows
- System compatibility: Matches perfectly with Click Cladding panels and trims
- Durable construction: Galvanised steel with polymer coating for long-term protection
- Low maintenance: Resistant to corrosion, UV exposure, and weathering
Essential for maintaining both the visual quality and weather performance of your façade around window openings.
FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
What is metal sheet cladding?
Metal sheet cladding is a non-structural exterior covering made of metal sheets applied over a building’s façade or walls, providing protection, finish and aesthetics.
What metals are commonly used for sheet cladding?
Common metals include galvanised steel, aluminium, zinc, and sometimes copper. Each has different properties of corrosion resistance, weight, cost and aesthetics.
What thickness should I consider for the metal sheet?
Thickness depends on application (wall cladding vs roof vs façade). Thinner gauges may suffice for walls; thicker might be needed for high-wind zones or exposed façades.
What coatings and finishes are available?
There are several finishes: pre-painted, galvanised/zinc-coated substrates, various colours or textures (including wood effect) etc
What is the difference between a zinc-coated substrate and a plain steel substrate?
A zinc-coated substrate (galvanised) provides corrosion protection under the paint layer — this extends service life and improves durability versus plain steel without coating.
Do I need insulation behind the metal sheet cladding?
It depends. The metal sheet itself offers protection and finish, but if you want thermal insulation or achieve certain U-values you may need an insulated system. Our system is not insulated.
What profiles and shapes are available for metal sheet cladding?
We offer 3 types of cassette panels that interlock. Flat surface (Jupiter), corrugated surface (Venus), ventilated cassettes (Saturn)
What are the benefits of metal sheet cladding?
- Durable and long service life.
- Low maintenance compared to some other façade materials.
- Good protection from weather (rain, wind, snow) when installed correctly.
- Aesthetic flexibility with colours, textures, finishes.
How long will metal sheet cladding last?
With quality material, proper finish and correct installation/maintenance, it can last many decades. In some cases lifespans of 40-50 years (or more) under favourable conditions.
