2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (B2C)

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers purchasing online have a statutory right of withdrawal.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

  • Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are physically received.

2.2 Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be in New condition: unused, undamaged, and complete.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return must be shipped within 14 calendar days after notifying MAVLLI of the withdrawal.

2.3 Exclusions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products.

  • Cut-to-size or personalized materials.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed after delivery.

2.4 Return Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Restocking Fee: A fee of 20% of the product price applies to all returns to cover handling and logistics.

3. Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • A restocking fee of 20% applies.

  • All B2B returns require prior written approval.

4. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

  • Consumers must report defects within 2 months of discovery.

  • If a defect is confirmed, MAVLLI will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund.

  • In cases of confirmed defects, MAVLLI will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us: Contact info@mavlli.be with your order number and photos of the product.

  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping to our Ath depot.

  3. Shipment: Send the package via a trackable mail service.

6. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: All items are inspected upon arrival at our returns facility.

  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the items are received at our depot.

  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during checkout.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of MAVLLI SRL’s registered office (Brussels/Molenbeek).
