2. Shipping Destinations
We offer standard shipping to the following countries:

- Netherlands
If your delivery location requires special access or handling, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Order Processing Time

Standard stock items: processed within 2–5 business days

Custom-made or made-to-order products: processed within 7–14 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard free shipping: 10–15 working days

Express shipping (if offered at checkout): delivery times will be displayed before payment
Total estimated delivery time = processing time + delivery time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product type, and carrier conditions.
5. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 500EURO
- Orders under 500EURO are charged a flat fee of 80EURO per order.

No shipping fees are added at checkout

No additional delivery charges apply after payment
If an order requires exceptional transport conditions (e.g. restricted access, special lifting equipment), this will be discussed with the customer before order confirmation.
6. Freight & Large Item Deliveries
For fence panels, posts, and bulk materials:

Deliveries are handled by specialised freight carriers

Curb-side delivery is standard

Unloading, placement, or on-site handling services are not included unless agreed in advance

Additional services may involve extra charges, subject to prior customer approval
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
8. Delivery Issues
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to MAVLLI within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographs.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be arranged according to the carrier’s conditions.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MAVLLI SRL is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
