Product Components

“Slat” Profile

How it’s installed: Fitted between the two vertical “U” profiles, mounted top‑to‑bottom, and secured in four places (front and back) using pop rivets.
Purpose: Provides the panel’s visual character, ensures privacy, allows air circulation.

Vertical “U” Profiles

How it’s installed: Secured directly to the supporting posts (metal, concrete, or brick) using included screws or anchors. Pre‑drilled holes allow quick and precise alignment of the slat profiles, saving installation time and reducing positioning errors.
Purpose: Form the panel’s side frame, support and guide the installation of the slat profiles, conceal the slat ends, and provide structural stability.

Horizontal “U” Profile

How it’s installed: Placed at the very end of the panel assembly, over the top ends of the two vertical profiles and, if applicable, a reinforcing profile. It’s drilled through together with those elements and fastened in four spots using pop rivets.
Purpose: Aesthetic finish that visually closes the panel’s top; structurally, it stiffens the assembly and strengthens the connection between the vertical and slat profiles.

Reinforcing Profile

How it’s installed: Mounted centrally on the back of the panel. It’s automatically included for wider panels: one profile for widths over 1.30 m, two profiles for widths over 2.10 m. Installed on the back by drilling and riveting into each slat. At the bottom, it's additionally anchored via an L‑shaped bracket fixed to the base or foundation.
Purpose: Critically reinforces the panel and prevents slat buckling in wider panels, ensuring a balanced and solid structure.

Pop Rivets

Fastening elements used to attach panel components to each other—such as the slat profile, reinforcing profile, or horizontal “U” profile.

Self‑Tapping Screws

Used to attach the vertical “U” profiles to metal posts without the need for pre-drilling.

Wall Anchors

Fixing system for concrete or brick posts: the anchor is inserted into the substrate material, and the profile is then fixed with screws at the appropriate points.

Mounting Bracket

An L‑shaped metal bracket used for additional fastening of the reinforcing profile at the base, securing it firmly to the foundation.
