Panel Components
• Cassette Profiles – horizontal elements forming the main surface of the panel.
• Vertical “U” Profiles | 2 pcs – left and right side elements that secure and cover the cassette profile ends.
• Horizontal “U” Profile | 1 pc – top finishing element that adds structural stability and an elegant appearance.
• Pop Rivets – used to fasten the panel components together.
• Self-Drilling Screws | 10 pcs – for fixing the vertical “U” profiles to metal posts.
• Wall Plugs | 10 pcs – for fixing the vertical “U” profiles to concrete or brick posts.
• Reinforcement Profile – mounted on the back of the panel to increase rigidity and stability. For panels with a width of 1.35 m or less, this element is not required and not included.
• Mounting Bracket – used to secure the reinforcement profile to the base.
• Spacers – ensure horizontal alignment of the cassette profiles during installation; serve as a positioning guide and speed up the assembly process.
Note: The presentation images show the panel mounted on metal posts for illustration purposes.
The posts are not included in the panel set but can be ordered separately. Panels can be installed on both metal and concrete/brick posts.
