Eligibility for Returns
- Returns without any reason are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Final sale items, perishable goods, and customised products are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
-Contact our customer service at info@mavlli.be with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
-Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds:
-Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
