Materials & Construction
Frame is made from welded 40 × 40 mm square steel tube, all joints welded for strength and rigidity. Infill is slatted steel sheets fixed securely inside frame, pre‑painted, protected with zinc coating.

Surface Finish & Corrosion Protection
Steel infill has a zinc layer (galvanisation) for corrosion resistance, before painting. Top coat colour is factory applied; Backing / reverse side finish or primer coat provided to protect rear surfaces and welds / edges. Paint thickness / coating system meets typical industrial standards for outdoor steel.

Hardware & Support
Heavy‑duty hinges sized to match gate load, allowing smooth swing and long duty cycle, resistant to weather. Lock / latch mechanism included, with striker /keep, aligned to engage cleanly; weather protected around lock area. Supporting posts are steel, sized to support the gate weight and wind loads; anchored or embedded so that they stay plumb and stable. Fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers) are corrosion resistant.
